The initiative ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ was announced by Hon'ble Prime Minister on 31st October, 2015 on the occasion of the 140th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Through this innovative measure, the knowledge of the culture, traditions and practices of different states & UTs will lead to an enhanced understanding and bonding between the states, thereby strengthening the unity and integrity of India.

Under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, our Jharkhand is paired with Goa. Sapphire International School has carried out several online and offline activities to sensitize our students to the life, culture and heritage of the paired state, Goa

The programme commenced with a blissful prayer led by Yash Banerjee. The thought for the day was shared by Astha.

Sanskriti, threw some light on the prominent authors and poets of Goa.

Manswi recited a picturesque poem about the pristine sunsets in Goa.

Ritika and Adira, the tiny tots of Happy feet took the audience to the wonderland of toys made in Goa.

The entire assembly was diligently conducted by Gurleen .

Principal, who appreciated the efforts of the students. He also highlighted the importance of initiatives like, ' Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat' in contemporary India.
